Production Details

This American wall outlet has smooth overall lines, with rounded edges through chamfering treatment, adapting to various home decoration styles. A five-hole jack in line with American standards is in the center of the panel, with an independent upper grounding hole protection and left and right double holes adopting wide-distance anti-misinsertion design, compatible with American standard and some Japanese standard large plug appliances, with smooth plugging and unplugging without jamming. The interior is made of high-quality flame-retardant PC material, with flame-retardant housing, paired with built-in safety door device, effectively preventing children from touching and foreign object insertion, effectively avoiding electric shock risks. The overall size is compact, meeting 118-type wall installation specifications, without additional drilling, and can directly replace traditional sockets, simple, practical and worry-free.

Production Process

Production of the American wall outlet begins with material selection: safety-compliant engineering plastic is chosen as the housing raw material, with plastic pellets injected into injection molding machines to form panel blanks. Next, internal conductive components are processed: high-quality copper is stamped and cut into American standard sleeves and connecting pieces, which are then plated to enhance conductivity and corrosion resistance. Assembly follows: copper parts are precisely installed inside the base, followed by orderly installation of the iron frame and panel. After assembly, strict performance and appearance tests are conducted. Unqualified products are rejected, and the appearance of qualified ones is cleaned and polished to remove residual burrs before packaging according to customer requirements.
