The 16 amp push button switch is available in 1 gang, 2 gang, 3 gang, and 4 gang specifications, each with single control and double control options. "Gang" refers to the number of buttons,single control means each button can independently control a single circuit via press and reset, while double control allows two buttons in different locations to separately control the on/off of the same circuit.

Production Details

 

The 16 amp push button switch is designed with buttons flush with the panel, which not only effectively reduces surface dust but also innovates operation, bringing users an efficient experience with a soft press and reset feel. The housing is made of high quality flame retardant PC plastic, which has good high-temperature resistance and a long service life, adding safety. In addition, our push button switches are available in different colors, including black, white, gray, and gold, to meet different customer needs.

 

Production Process

 

High-quality flame-retardant PC plastic and copper alloy materials are selected. The PC material is pressed into switch panels, housings, and other components via injection molding machines, while the copper alloy is processed into internal parts such as contacts and springs. The panel is then polished and cleaned to enhance its appearance. Next, structural components are assembled using automated equipment and assembly lines to ensure precise synchronization between spring deformation and contact engagement during pressing, uniform switch pressure, and sensitive on-off response, avoiding poor user experience. Finally, the products undergo strict pressing on-off tests and load tests; unqualified products are rejected, and qualified ones are packaged.
