Production Details

 

Skin Feel Surface: For the skin-feel treatment of the variable speed fan control switch surface, the flame-retardant PC base material is first sanded in a dust-free environment to enhance adhesion. Then, an automated device uniformly sprays the coating, which is finally cured by low-temperature baking. The texture feels as delicate as skin, no cold touch, moderate friction, and non-slip during operation. It has excellent stain resistance: fingerprints and oil stains are difficult to adhere, slight scratches are not easy to leave marks, and it can be cleaned with a dry cloth. It does not yellow or crack after long-term use and remains stable in the warm environment of fan operation, ensuring practicality and texture.

 

Production Process

 

In simple terms, the production process of the variable speed fan control switch starts with selecting flame-retardant plastic and copper alloy materials. The plastic is dried and then injection-molded into housings and knobs, while the copper material is processed into contacts and terminals. Next, the contacts are gold-plated to enhance conductivity, and anti-slip textures are added to the housing. Then, components such as resistors and contacts are automatically assembled to ensure smooth knob shifting.
