This 15 amp switch and socket adopts a simple white appearance design, with an overall square and atmospheric shape, adapting to various home decoration styles. The surface is smooth and flat, with clear pressing feedback and smooth operation without jamming; a British standard round three-pin socket area is on the right, with three jacks arranged in an inverted triangle layout, reasonable spacing, avoiding mutual interference during plug use, compatible with two-pin and three-pin plugs, meeting the plug-in needs of different appliances. The panel material is made of high-quality flame-retardant materials, with good insulation and high-temperature resistance, and rounded edges, with delicate touch and safe anti-collision. Production Process

 

Production of this 15 amp switch and socket begins with selecting appropriate flame-retardant PC plastic materials according to design requirements, which are injection-molded into white socket housings. The metal conductive components are then precisely installed in corresponding positions inside the housing, with switch wiring connected firmly and correctly. Initial assembly follows, with all parts accurately combined. The assembled socket then undergoes a series of strict tests, including switch on-off performance tests, socket current-carrying capacity tests, and insulation performance tests, to ensure compliance with safety standards and usage requirements.
