Production Details

The surface of this Pattern cooker unit socket presents a delicate cloth pattern, which not only enhances the product's aesthetics but also can increase the friction between fingers and the socket surface to a certain extent, facilitating plugging and unplugging operations. In terms of working principle, this cooker-specific switch socket is equipped with two switches, which work similarly by controlling the on/off of the circuit to control the cooker equipment. When one of the switches is pressed, the internal contacts of the switch close, the circuit forms a path, current is transmitted, and the corresponding part of the cooker equipment is powered on; conversely, when the switch is turned off, the contacts open, the circuit is interrupted, current cannot pass, and the corresponding part of the equipment stops running. The two switches work independently, controlling different functional modules of the cooker equipment respectively, providing users with more flexible and convenient operation experience and meeting the diverse electricity needs of cooker equipment.

Production Process

Production of our pattern cooker unit socket begins with selecting high-quality materials. Panels are formed via injection molding, and special molds are used to emboss regular patterns on the panel surface to enhance aesthetics and practicality. Meanwhile, internal copper conductive components are produced via stamping machines and plating to ensure good conductivity and durability. Switch components are produced simultaneously, with each part precisely and orderly assembled, followed by assembly of all product components into finished products. After assembly, a series of inspections are conducted, including power-on tests, high-temperature resistance tests, and oil resistance tests; only products meeting all standards are cleaned and packaged to complete the entire production process.
