Production Details
This 13A switched socket adopts an overall black matte skin-feel material, with a delicate and smooth surface, warm touch like baby skin, paired with a simple square appearance, and rounded edges to enhance aesthetics and avoid collisions. The indicator light on the panel has soft light without glare, clearly showing the working status when powered on; a black single rocker switch on the right has clear pressing feedback and is easy to operate with little effort. The central area is a 3-pin socket module, with a grounding hole on the top and neutral and live wire holes on the left and right below. The jacks are embedded with gold phosphor bronze reeds with good elasticity and oxidation resistance, ensuring stable conductivity; the socket surface is covered with a safety shutter, effectively preventing electric shock risks.
Production Process
The production process of this 13A switched socket starts with raw material preparation. First, flame-retardant PC plastic is pressed into housings via injection molds and undergoes skin-feel paint treatment. Meanwhile, high-quality phosphor bronze sheets are stamped into sleeves and conductive sheets, with metal parts plated with nickel to enhance conductivity and anti-oxidation. The switch components and indicator modules are then assembled separately, followed by precise insertion of conductive parts, switches, and indicators into housing slots according to circuit diagrams for accurate assembly. After assembly, the product undergoes performance and appearance tests, including on-off tests, indicator operation checks, and defect inspections.
